Via our global relationships and associates, we first identify and analyze the opportunity. We evaluate the project to determine its requirements and ascertain the appropriate organizations needed for success. Global Services then bring in the key local engineering/construction organization and the "right" prime contractor with an attendant "top notch" group of sub-contractors and strategic partners. Our next step is the structuring of the needed project financing, including equity, as well as arranging the funding with global financial institutions.
